LMC Mental Health Services Survey 2021

From April 2021 Mental Health Workers have been included in the PCN ARR Scheme for the first time. In addition, under the terms of the NHS Community Mental Health Framework for Adults and Older Adults 2019, Mental Health Trusts are expected to redesign and re-organise core community mental health teams to move towards a new place-based, multidisciplinary service across health and social care aligned with Primary Care Networks. This survey is aimed at exploring current GP experience of local Mental Health Services for their patients in the context of these major initiatives.


We realise that you are all very busy and time is precious, but we have had success previously when we have provided evidence of problems; we therefore encourage everyone to spare a few minutes to complete the survey, which can be accessed via the link below.
