Ellison View Surgery: Salaried GP

Calling all North East area GPs!  Are you looking to work in a practice where you feel well supported, are able to ask questions and have a fabulous team around you? 

 

We are seeking a salaried GP for 4-8 sessions to work in our friendly little practice.  We are happy to wait for the right person and are willing to support GPs at any level of experience, whether newly qualified or with years of experience.  

 

We are a small practice of 6500 patients based in the centre of Hebburn compromising of 3 GP partners, 1 highly trained practice nurses and a well skilled healthcare assistant.  We have a good team ethos including regular tea breaks which frequently include fabulous cupcakes baked by one of our very talented practice nurses!  Our wider team includes a social prescriber, pharmacist, first contact physios and first contact podiatrists as part of the PCN.  We are also involved in training F2s.  Our admin team do a fantastic job of triaging letters and patient queries to keep admin to a minimum and our wonderful practice manager works miracles with any problem! 

 

We have a CQC Outstanding rating from our last inspection with a high QOF achievement and receive excellent Friend and Family Feedback.

 

We are looking for someone who is keen to be part of our team.  We are happy to support the successful candidate in developing an area of clinical interest in line with our patient and training needs.  We offer the BMA model contract with salary at £10,250 per session (CPD paid in addition to this pro rata).
